Hello! Today I was wondering about ways to be environmentally friendly! We may all have heard by now about reusing, reducing, and recycling! What about technology though? Our electronics?

Did you know that they affect the environment as well? Technology has helped tremendously and has positive effects on our everyday lives. When we are done with our phones or computers, what do we do with them? Toss them in the trash? Let them accumulate in our house, or give away? Have you ever tried to recycle them?

There are kiosks where you can drop off your electronics and sell them! You may find them at a mall or a big retailer store! Our gadgets use precious metals and greenhouse gas… These resources are valuable!

Did you know that the data we consume and create affects our environment? The photos we take and videos we watch? These memories are precious and we love to capture them and relive these moments!

Being aware of how we use our technology, such as letting email accumulate, is something to think about!
